OPENED HANDS

A 30-Day Torah Practice to Move from Tight Control to Open Receiving

Not the universe. Not "whatever you believe in." Hashem — the only true Provider — and a daily practice built to make trust something you actually feel.

Bitachon Activation — 7 min each morning
Evening Release & Receive — 25 min before sleep
Daily journaling — 2–3 min, any time Sun–Fri
No hype. No pressure. Just a calm, daily return to Hashem.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why take Hashem out of it?

Most meditation programs talk about "the universe providing." Or they say "whatever you believe in — the universe, God, a higher power — it's all the same." It is not all the same.

Hashem is the Provider. Full stop. Not a system, not an energy, not a force. The living God who created abundance itself and gives it personally to every living thing.
Even if Hashem created the system — why connect to the system when you can go straight to the Source? Opened Hands builds a direct, personal relationship with Hashem as provider — the kind the Torah is describing in every pasuk about sustenance and blessing.
This isn't just theologically correct. It's more powerful. A relationship with a Person who loves you and wants to give to you produces a fundamentally different inner experience than trust in a system or a force.

"Hashem is my shepherd. I shall not lack." — Tehillim 23:1

ה׳ רֹעִי לֹא אֶחְסָר

THE METHOD

This isn't more content. It's training.

Your mind may already understand Bitachon. But your nervous system runs on repetition — and right now, it's repeating the wrong patterns. Opened Hands gives you daily reps that are short, gentle, and Torah-rooted.

01
OPEN — Morning (7 minutes)

After Modeh Ani and washing your hands — before your phone, before the noise — the Bitachon Activation sets the inner tone for everything that follows.

02
RELEASE & RECEIVE — Evening (25 minutes)

Before sleep, the Evening Release & Receive guides you into genuine trust, open hands, and deep rest. Your neshama is most accessible at the threshold of sleep. This is your deepest session.

03
ANCHOR — Daily (2–3 minutes)

A brief journaling practice — any time, Sunday through Friday — locks the shift into your living identity. One gift. One honest observation. One intentional statement of who you are choosing to be.

Open → Release & Receive → Anchor

REAL LIFE

What changes when you practice Opened Hands

Spiraling faster
Returning to Bitachon sooner
Gripping outcomes
Doing Hishtadlut with more calm
Noisy nights
A quieter mind at bedtime
Scanning for fear
Practicing genuine receiving
Connecting to "the universe"
Connecting to Hashem directly

This isn't about perfect Emunah. It's about practicing a return — again and again. Every session is another rep. Every rep shifts the baseline a little further.

IS THIS FOR YOU

This is for you if…

  • You want Hashem-centered guidance — no "universe" language
  • You feel the control reflex in your body and want calm, consistent reps
  • You need something short, structured, and doable on a real day
  • You're ready to move from understanding Bitachon to feeling it

Not for you if…

  • ×
You want hype, intensity, or long homework
  • ×
You want manifestation language disconnected from Hashem
  • ×
You're looking for therapy or medical treatment (this is spiritual education and guided practice only)
Miss a day? No guilt. Come back. That is the practice.

WHY THIS EXISTS
Amir Lehrer

Why I created Opened Hands

I kept finding meditation and mindset programs that skirted around Hashem — or replaced Him with "the universe," "source energy," or "whatever you believe in."

At worst, it felt like avoda zara. At best, it was connecting to Hashem's systems instead of to Hashem Himself.

Then I realized: everything these programs are reaching for is already in Torah — with the actual Source intact. So I built the thing I couldn't find. A daily guided practice that goes straight to Hashem, strengthens Bitachon in real life, and is short enough to actually do.

Opened Hands is what I wish had existed when I needed it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Quick answers

I'm not consistent. Will this work for me?

Consistency is not the requirement — returning is. Miss a day? No guilt. No restart. Simply come back to the next session. The practice is specifically designed for real life, not ideal conditions.

I don't have time.

The Bitachon Activation is 7 minutes. Journaling is 2–3 minutes. The Evening Release & Receive is done in bed before sleep. On a hard day, the morning session alone is enough.

I've tried meditation before and it didn't work for me.

This is not generic meditation. There is no "universe," no chakras, no vague higher power. Every session is built around Hashem as the direct, personal source of all provision. If those programs felt disconnected, this is designed to feel entirely different.

Is this avoda zara?

No — and this question is taken seriously here. Opened Hands removes all vague "universe" language entirely. It is designed to strengthen your relationship with Hashem, not substitute something else for the Source of everything.

Is this therapy or a medical treatment?

No. Opened Hands is spiritual education and guided Torah practice. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment of any kind.

What if I'm not very observant?

The program is designed to meet you where you are. It references Modeh Ani and the rhythm of the Jewish week — but it does not require a specific level of observance. What it requires is a genuine desire to connect with Hashem and receive what He is already offering.

What about Shabbat?

No meditation, no journaling, no audio on Shabbat. Shabbat is the crown of the week — the mekor haberacha, the source of all blessing. Simply be present and receive. The six days of practice are preparation for this.

Is Opened Hands included in other programs?

Yes. It is included free for all Unshakable Live cohort members, and available as a $37 add-on inside the Unshakable Bitachon Training. If you're already in either program, check your access before purchasing separately.
